Well I am back to work after a very long Rest after surgery on my wisdom teeth they removed alot of bone so it took some time.

Today I worked on a Atwood 8531 II Furnace

Complaint Was making loud Noise when Running.

Solution I INspected the unit and found that the bearing in the blower motor had gone out and was causing the noise metal on metal is loud the furnace still works But just loud I told the customer we could fix it for 85 dollars and the customer asked if it would be better to replace the unit i replied with well it is 25 years old and you do live in it. So we are going to replace the entire unit for the customer thanks again for anyone who reads my posts i enjoy writing about them

Rv Repair Roadmasterinc Brakemaster 9060

December 1st 2011 well today was a short day.

Problem Customers Brakemaste 9060 was installed in the slide-out and once the customer opened the slide-out you guessed it the wires and airline all ripped out of the unit..

Solution we determined that it needed to be relocated so we rewired and rerouted the airline to another compartment not in the slide-out:) that was it today I have been waiting to get my wisdom teeth out for sometime now i will be having this done next thursday so in other words my teeth hurt so bad it is hard to get alot of work done in one day i have scheduled a few light days to help cope with this..

Still no members yet :( thats okay i will keep writing maybe one day it will catch on any feedback is appreciated thanks for reading and happy travels

November 30, 2011 Rv Repair Jobs

Well Today was a long day. Customer complaint rv black waste tank will not drain.

Solution found that it was indeed clogged and not a broken knife valve.

after 2 hours of trying to unclog it we were able to get it to start draining but then it clogged up again:(

so we kept at it for 6 hours and after 6 hours we were able to get it completely drained and the sensors read empty customer said they have never read empty since she bought it.

now we just have to get the extended warrantty company to foot the bill somehow..
